- Replacement of dead shrubs.
- Adding flowers/flowering bushes to key areas in front.
- Mulching on all median plantings.
- Overseeding/plugs of bare spots.
- Maintenance on the public areas around the lakes.
- Fix the front entrance to look inviting.

- Lake maintenance.
- Acquire landscaping services.
