Managing Agent Responsibilities to Covington Lake

  1. Fiscal Services: Operation Budget, Financial Statements, Maintenance Assessment Collection, Accounts Payable, Tax returns and financial correspondence, Payroll Administration, Account maintenance.
  2. Administrative Services: Meeting Coordination, Attend meetings, Meeting minutes, Annual meeting administration, Written management reports.
  3. General Administrative: Handle general correspondence, Maintain records, Owner registries, Minute books, Non-current records, Assist in development and enforcement of rules and regulations, Handle owner disputes and complaints, Prepare new owner pkgs., Property survey information for lenders, Provide closing attorneys with proration's and other required collections, Prepare and distribute bulletins and newsletters, Assist Board appointed committee's, Assist with Board compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  4. Insurance Administration
  5. Physical Property Supervision: On-site supervision, Written inspection reports, Coordination for capital projects and major improvements, Supervision of contracts with outside vendors, Purchase of materials and supplies, Assist building and/or grounds committee's.
  6. General: Overall management of property operations, Bulk purchasing of materials and supplies.
